Goals

Wow It was amazing that I was able to achieve all my goals! I had made a sparks people goals. I looked them over and found that I had achieved them all WOW! I feel so very good about that!!!
They were :
Buy a bike and like it.
Try Golf and like it.
Train and run a Half Marathon!
Lose some weight. I lost 22lb since Sept not bad.
SO thrilling to take a look a list and see you are doing it!!

New Goals: Keep Losing weight. -by eating healthy.
-Create more long term healthy habits!
-buy a hola hoop and hoop it.
-try swimming more maybe even take up some lessons...(Triathalon in the future??)
