Monday is my weekly 'do-over'. Whatever I didn't get done 'last week' is fresh in my mind, I feel motivated to buckle down and just DO IT, and I'm usually refreshed from the weekend . . . BUT, I've never been able to appy that to my health goals - just work and at home 'to do's'. TODAY . . . THIS MONDAY . . . that changes. No more looking back at the last week or the weekend with dread and depression. Mondays Motivation must apply across the board. Yah I ate WAY too much at Father's Day dinner yesterday, and I feel it this morning. But it's Monday. It's a new week. I've found a new tool. I'm making new friends with similar goals. I CAN be HEALTH motivated today . . . and I AM!
