I have been struggling with my weight for a good chunk of years now. I keep trying and trying but lose my motivation and fail. I WANT to lose the weight so bad but it is so hard to stay focused on BEING HEALTHY when being lazy and fat is soooo much easier LOL. So I have decided TODAY IS A NEW DAY my old way of thinking isn't working for me so I just need to think differently and everything will follow suit. I cant WANT to get fit and healthy without WANTING to workout. My pastor said last week in church you need to be DESPERATE for something before it will actually happen. You need to WANT it sooo bad that it is the only thing you want!! Well guess what ladies and gents........I DESPERATELY WANT TO LOSE THIS EXTRA WEIGHT!!! Today is a new day and I am on the road I need to be on to actually achieve my goals.
