How did I do last week?

Drank only water 4/7 days. Did my ab workout 6/7 days. Feeling better than the week before. I looked back at the numbers and saw why. For the first time since I started at SP, I consumed more calories than I worked off. I was definitely feeling blah. I bought new running shoes on the weekend to encourage me to get out more.
