Green smoothies! But not just any old green smoothie, OATMEAL green smoothies!
I've loved green smoothies for a while, but adding oatmeal to them has changed everything! I get more energy and it's more filling.
Simply blend half a cup of oats until you get the finest powder you blender will allow. Add a big handful of your favorite greens (I like spinach) and a little bit of water. Blend until you have a nice green liquid. Last, add about a cup of frozen fruit (I like berries, which will turn it purple, or tropical fruit mix). Blend until thick (you may need to add extra water, depending on your blender). Drink up!
