Week 7 Day 1

Wow...7 weeks consistently exercising! I am very excited! Still motivated (slight slump last week, but back at it!)! This week I am starting 5K trg and OCR C25K trg has not started as planned as my phone was dead (app) and I am not dragging my iPad around while running!

I am also following Zuzana Light's Zgym, although I can't keep up and I can't do it all, I do what I can and get an amazing workout! I love her!

I have my food packed for today, eating heavier during the day and then a very light supper! That keeps me satisfied, I don't wake up puking I the middle of the night, and I lose weight! It works for me!

Week 7...woo hoo! High five! Dancing!
