My Dad died this past week. I wrote him a letter with a promise in it. I vowed to get to my goal weight. so I will work harder than I did even if it means I buy my own food and cook for me only. I have to get back on track. Memorial is Saturday but I prefer to call it a celebration of his Life. He was a honest, kind, always willing to lend a hand sort of guy. He will be truly missed by everyone who met him.
So to get back to my weight control I need to make a menu first.
then go grocery shopping
journal and count my exchanges
drink my water
and most importantly get to exercising.
I will get back to my AC duties which will take my mind off my DAD dying. I plan to look for a job too. .
