beginning of week 3

I got up at 0530 this am to meet with a trainer at 0600. If I thought I was working out before, I was wrong. This guy kicked my butt! He had me doing stuff I did not even think I could do. He wanted me to do a plank. I had tried to do one before and was unable to even hold it for 3 seconds. He told me, "Sure you can!" I was able to do it not only for 20 sec, but for almost 3 sets (I wimped out on the last one) I was literally dripping sweat for the first time during a work out. He wants to meet with me again in a week. I am a mover, my knees haven't bothered me in a few days. God is good!
