ok...first i want to apologize for all the grammatical errors you are about to subject your eyes to lol. This is just a rant/introduction to keep myself from going on a food binge and 4 am. Im merce (pronounced merse?) and if you saw that little fun fact thing on my page, then you know im a little crazy lol. i suffer from post traumatic stress disorder as well as social anxiety disorder and adult onset ADD or ADHD... honestly never really understood the difference lol. i have been overweight all my life and recent events mixed with my lack of exercise and love for food made it worse..i have gained about 60 lbs in the past year. I guess im using this site to make me realize how terrible and unhealthy my eating habits are. Because of my disorders though, i have been put on a ton of different medications that simply make it impossible for me to eat. I dont want to become even more unhealthy by not eating and Im trying to see what i am consuming (which is little to nothing). yesterday, i didnt eat at all..i had less than 500 calories and that was from drinking a bottle of coffee and a peach iced tea along with a redbull to give me some sort of energy to walk for 3 hours in the heat at some flea market with my family..which, by the way, made me break out in hives because of my sun allergy(yes, i am really allergic to the sun and i forgot my sunscreen) the mere thought of swallowing even a morsel of food made me nauseous. the day before that,,i had nothing..only water. I NEED to find an alternative to this medicine. so if anyone has ANY suggestions..please let me know. I miss food lol and i miss having tired of that whole "a pill for every ill". from what I can tell, the side affects i have are far worse than the actual "illness". so any suggestions (that are safe) are very much appreciated (:
