I just realised it's been over 2 years since my last post... wow.
I was reading my other blog posts and I realize kind of how I fonction.
I noticed I always get off track in winter at the Holidays, Christmas and New Year. Sometime in Autumn I usually fall of the fitness wagon and loose track of everything.
Now it might happen differently. I'm divorced and I'm with someone new, he's very into sports and is very fit. It has kind of made me do that too. And i'm feeling fitter all the time, I even crave sports activites.
My weight isn't on track yet though, I've only recently found the courage to start working out again and I'm still suffering from PTSD which makes things a bit hard, but I'm getting through it all slowly but surely.
I'm so into physical activities that for my birthday I want to do something sportive instead of alot of my collegues who would just be lazy on that day, as if doing sports is a chore rather thatn a fun thing to do.
We don't have any scales at home so I can't weigh myself, but I'll find some way to measure my progress!
