Getting Back on Track!

Yesterday was full of fitness!
I had a small slipup in the morning with WAY too many graham crackers & frosting (who even comes up with such creations?), but got my act together right after.
I took a small bike ride to the grocery store to buy the aforementioned junk food. Then, after the binge, I went swimming for half an hour. Then, I went on another bike ride to a book store.
One day at a time!
