Glad it's a new week. Glad I can do new things. Glad I am who I am today. Glad I can exercise 10 -15 minutes a day. Glad I can eat right. Glad I can be the person I really want to be. Glad I joined sparkpeople. Glad I had chocolate yesterday and was able to stop after my third bar. Glad those were miniature bars. Glad I swam tenlaps yesterday. Just soooo glad for the gift of a new week. Happy week everybody.
