weighed myself today. I plan to weigh in weekly - each day has too many ups and downs from what I recall. Today I am down 3 lbs from last week - great first week, I'm pretty stoked.
had people over for father's day, asked people to bring healthier choices and they did ok - I managed to stay totally within my calories thanks to their care and attention.
supportive family - hooray!
