This quote came to me in a sparkmail months ago. i am going to make it a daily focus. there are so many habits/decisions i have becase of what i really want, not just say i want.

i have to WANT TO resist the temptation to do things that take me farther from my goals. I will need to stay mindful of what i want.

    So, let's use the 2nd definition of tempt for reasons why exercise and healthy eating are 'inviting', 'appealing'...find the positive temptations that take you toward your goals! Perhaps a little reverse psychology for yourself....Tempted to put mirrors in strategic places around your home to see your progress and keep you reminded?
