Awaken at 7am.
Meditate on God's Word.
Do 2 sets of 20 bicycle crunches.
Do 2 sets of 15 boxers.
Do 2 sets of 15 dumbbell squats.
Do 2 sets of 15 lateral dumbbell tricep raises.
Do 2 sets of 15 calf raises with step.
Do 2 sets of 15 back extensions.
Do 30 minutes of walk or dancing cardio.
Eat Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal & fat-free milk.
Go to work.
Lunch with colleagues. Whatever they select, I will choose wisely.
Back to work.
Leftovers? Too hot to cook again...
TV with 30 minutes of walking cardio.
QT with the kids.
Pillow talk with my hubby.
