I only did 45 minutes but the good news is I have the treadmill upstairs now so if I struggle too much I can use that instead! Maybe it was the fried chicken that did it to me tonight. Otherwise everything else was healthy because I had green beans, fruit salad, and potatoes...
I'm proud because I went out to walk with the intention of getting in the 90 minutes but I was just struggling too much for it to be worthwhile so I came back so I could try out the treadmill instead. I'll try and give it my best in a little bit and see if I can get in the rest of my time.
Having the treadmill is a good thing though because I can incline and use my weights and mix it up a little better now!
