Had a pretty good weekend. I paid more attention to what was going in my mouth and I got in plenty of exercise. (2 hours of gardening yesterday, more today, plus an 8 mile run today) I'm feeling pretty good about where I am and am ready to kick it up a notch. I have one more day of teaching and then a little over 3 days of cleaning and organizing. So, it shouldn't be too hard to add in a little extra fitness.

Goals for tomorrow:
Lots of water
Eat well and track my food
30 day shred
20 minutes cardio vids or kickboxing
In bed by 10
Be active on SP

    Running 8 miles is great. In kicking it up a notch, just be aware that the weather will be hot very soon and your mile may have to become LSDs .... long slow distance.
