Getting Started .... Setting Goals

So I've just started back with Spark after a long time away. As usual life got in the way, but I've determined that regardless of what happens with others in my life I have to focus on what's important to me. And that is getting healthy and fit. Oh yeah and losing a few pounds wouldn't be so bad either. So to start off I'm going to set some goals.
Long Term Goals:
Lose 25 Lbs by September 15
Run in a 5K by the end of the year
Impress my Doc when I go in for a physical by this time next year
Medium Range Goals thru July 31:
Lose 8 lbs thru a combination of healthy eating & exercise.
Complete Walk/Jog 5K Program
Be on the patch full-time
Reward for achieving these goals: Get a makeover
Short-Term Goals Week of June 16:
Lose 2 lbs
Track every bite & stay within calorie range
Get requisite amount of fiber
Go to the gym 4 times, including 1 group fitness class
Complete week 1 of Walk/Jog 5K Program
Reduce quantity of cigarettes by 25%
Reward for achieving these goals: Pedicure
Welp, that's the game plan. I think that these realistic and achievable. Accountability will come next Sunday.
