Happy Father's Day. It's been a very quiet day. I got up & took 2 of the grandchildren to church this morning after dropping DH off to work. After church I came home and had lunch then just rested for most of the rest of the day. I had to go back out to pick up DH from work at 5pm. I had gotten a substitute for my class this afternoon because my legs are hurting so & I had a horrible headache. After resting the head ache is better. The legs are still achy but better. Tonight we had Chinese food to celebrate Father's day. I didn't over eat & chose wisely. I'm going to bed early because tomorrow will be another 5 hour+ day of classes in the water. I'm tired just thinking about it.
My food is mid-range. My exercise is low. I am happy with my plan of action today.
