I have days when I wake up really early ( 4 am ) and cannot get back to sleep so I go on the computer and have my cup a tea and then weed the yard and go on with my day but then I am so fried by after noon when I get a chance i just sleep and it goes on for ever..
So I need to start keeping the nap short by setting a timer and doing the right things to keep my bedtime regular...But some days I just wake up too early... I won't take pills .... Too many side effects... It turns out my neighbor sometimes warms up his car for " half an hour " at 4 am before he goes to work... why would anyone do that just ouside my bedroom window.
why solved. but what is the solution?
