After some initial hesitation because of my knee injury last month, I've decided to go ahead and start my annual monthlong boot camp. Today was actually Day 3, but I wanted to test the waters to be sure I could carry on (I did also get my doctor's okay last week) before posting my starting stats. So, here they are:
My new scale doesn't have a body fat percentage function, so I don't have an easily available way to gauge that right now. I took some 'before' photos too, but will wait to post them here until I have something to compare them to. Wish me luck!
