Tomorrow (Mon. June 17) will mark Day 1. I will try to blog my progress at the end of the day rather than the day after.
Goal 1: Drink a glass of water when I wake up in the morning.
Goal 2: Eat a piece of fruit before noon.
Goal 3: Exercise/Do something active 10+ minutes per day.
Bonus Goal: Write a blog every day.
My sprained ankle is almost healed. It only bothers me if I either step or move it an awkward direction.
I am trying to great goals that do not require me to get on the computer. While I do spend a lot of time on the computer, I don't want to make a goal that requires me to be on. Part of my weight problem is spending too much time surfing the net anyway, so why make a goal that causes me to sit on it?
I am also not making a goal for a strict number of ounces of water to drink. This just tripped me up last time. Instead I want to establish the habit of drinking water when I wake up every morning. The habits are more important than the numbers, right?
