I messed up!

Well I hurt my back some how when I was loading the dishwasher, can't believe
So today I mostly rested and did some stretches, that seemed to help!
I also was able to do 2 ten min upper body workouts for my challenges, without pain
I am going to try to walk latter because it mainly hearts moving from sitting to standing.
