Really Good Morning

I had a really good morning workout this morning. It was done in a small group with a couple of friends. We walked a great trail with some really beautiful scenery as well as some challenging sand bag "cleans", paired medicine ball sit-ups, and some paired sand-bag lifts with 2 people working per team on a single bag.
My friend Sandi and I made a great team, and the coach took a couple of pictures of us working together. Those will be nice to have as we mark our progress onour health journey.
I really enjoy this Sunday morning class. It is really making a difference in my world!
