I am closing in on my final weight goal! Weighing in at 173 pounds this weekend, I have about 8 pounds left to lose which should take me about 4 to 5 weeks to do.
I bought running shoes on saturday, I am going to start running soon as the weather stops me from doing bike rides at times, I want to have more options available to me when it comes to working out, and I want to be more versatile anyway.
Running and bike riding are two very different cardio exercises so doing a combination of these two exercises should allow me to have very positive results.
