2nd week check in, first day of new challenge

Still no budge in the scale.
I was just reading Bob Harpers book and he suggests sodium under 2,400 ideally 1,500. And a 8 oz glass of water before each meal! I think I will make that my goal this week.
I will continue the 120-150 minute range for exercise, that seems to have become easier. Choosing the Stairs for my arc challenge and that is exciting. Water Exercise on the weekend.
Started a journal for the third thing.
