Still no budge in the scale.

I was just reading Bob Harpers book and he suggests sodium under 2,400 ideally 1,500. And a 8 oz glass of water before each meal! I think I will make that my goal this week.
I will continue the 120-150 minute range for exercise, that seems to have become easier. Choosing the Stairs for my arc challenge and that is exciting. Water Exercise on the weekend.
Started a journal for the third thing.
Sorry this is so short, but it is a busy day! Hope everyone enjoyed Father's Day with a special love one

I think you are doing great!
I know when I was tracking sodium before I was amazed at where it was hidden and when I got the level down for a few days in a row my body let go of the water it was retaining.

Good goals, especially the sodium-food has enough in it naturally. Looking forward to hearing about your progress through out this challenge.

Great goals. I agree about keeping the sodium down and drinking water before eating.

I always want water at the end of my meal, but when I drink a tall glass before the meal, I don't feel so compelled to eat quickly or overeat. Good luck!

Sometimes changing what we are doing even just a little bit gets the scale moving again. Water is a friend! emoticon emoticon
