My healthy recipe: I plan to prepare this tomorrow evening. It has already passed the "That sounds good" test from DH. We would try it today but SD is going to prepare his favorite pizza from scratch. She made it a couple of months ago and it was very good.
I love chicken tenders I poached 4 pounds tonight. I like to make Caribbean Pork stew. Coach Nicole's recipe and I do it just the same with chicken. I freeze the poached tenders and use them for all kinds of quickies in the summer time and of course camping too. I joined all recipes year ago My recipe box is massive.
