Yesterday was day 34...I didn't get around to a blog, but I did do 10 minutes of exercise!
For today, day 35, I decided to try to push myself. I tried a 4 mile walking workout from my Leslie Sansone DVD. Honestly, I didn't think I'd make it through the whole workout. But I did! And I'm so happy with myself! It's not something I plan to do again soon, but now I know I CAN do it. :D
