30 minutes uninterrupted 'you' time - reading the Belgariad
Share a healthy recipe - Broiled Tilapia Parmesan (search for it on Sparkpeople)
50 reps of core strength training - crunches
50 reps of lower body strength training - squats
50 reps of upper body strength training - real push ups
Record every bite for 2, 3 , and 4 days
Get 20 minutes of cardio in one day x 2 - biked and walked
Get 40 minutes of cardio in one day - biked
Get some outdoor exercise at least one day - washed the car
Sleep at least 7 hours for 3 nights
Spend at least 20 mintues decluttering home or office - cleaned the oven and deep cleaned the downstairs bathroom
Pick 2 people's nutrition trackers to learn from. Share with the team. Found info on low carb nutrition and info on the Whole 30.
Make one new healthy recipe - turnip 'fries'. I peeled and cut turnips into french fry like strips and roasted them with a teaspoon of EVOO and salt and pepper.
Stay in nutrition range for 2 and 3 days
