Staples Grocery List

For BLC one of our challenges this week was to complete a bingo card for better changes in our life, one was to create a staples grocery list, that consisted atleast 15 items that you have on hand ready to cook any healthy meal. So here is my list :
Banana, apples, pears, lime, lemon, tomatoes, spinach, onions (red and white), green beans, fresh garlic, capsicum, lettuce, mushrooms, brocoli, chicken, fish (mainly salmon, talapia, sole, snapper, or tuna), Seafood (squid, prawns, or marina mix), whole wheat flour, Nuts ( pecan, walnuts, almonds, hazelnut, cashew and brazil nuts), Cheese ( feta, ricotta, dry chedder, or mozerella), greek style yoghurt, milk, wild rice, whole wheat tortillas, spices ( a big variety of them), and chili.
