If last week was a disappointment, this week's weigh in was crushing. I wasn't the SAME weight I was two weeks ago. I was .2 lbs MORE. (I know that's really the same weight, but technically, .8 is more than .6.)

I strengthened my resolve. I input the whole week's meal plan yesterday, even though it took HOURS to complete, because I was also fitting it to the groceries I currently have. I didn't get the chance to input the rest of the plan. I read up for today. 20 minutes of cardio. Half an hour of additional NEAT minutes.

I have to compile my new grocery list; I'm out of a few things I really need. I also have to input the Fitness Plan.

I'll make this work. It has to work.
