My Motivation for Today

Day two of my get more sleep streak. I am doing better. I weighed myself and it seems the weight is creeping up. I need to get better control of my eating.

Exercise is something I have conquered, but I am still struggling with stress eating. I will try to preplan my day better. I need to bring more veggies with me to work.

I did 70 minutes of cardio and a 45 minute ST/circuit training workout today. So I am feeling pretty strong.

    You are aware, Lynn and taking all the right steps...keep it up! Have you tried incorporating more protein whether whey, vegan or veggies? That has been a key element for me as I too stress but my biggest go to now when I am really overwhelmed is an individual container of Chobani yogurt...works every time!
