My Motivation for Today

Day two of my get more sleep streak. I am doing better. I weighed myself and it seems the weight is creeping up. I need to get better control of my eating.
Exercise is something I have conquered, but I am still struggling with stress eating. I will try to preplan my day better. I need to bring more veggies with me to work.
I did 70 minutes of cardio and a 45 minute ST/circuit training workout today. So I am feeling pretty strong.
