Woe, ouch n darn

Hello all,

I wanted to post it to my blog after camping

and trying to work and run a camp /kitchen

/ ahhh emoticon with out my wife and 3 kids

it was real hard.

I over ate and hurt my shoulder a bit more thus

couldn't work or work out for the last couple of days.

"I post my gain back weight, I thought I had lost but it was

sitting next to me the whole time."




Oh and shoulder surgery is scheduled for the 28th

so I will try and get the hardest work on the

cabin done the next few weeks.

No vblogs as I stated I was pretty stressed trying

to both camp out and build was a mistake.


My stress level is 1 today ! Really good!

Strength:
3 minute pushups test goal 150 (122 current)__ New pics for my sparkpage, and a movie out !

bench 300 pounds max out(240 current)__ Meal out!

curl 60 pounds each arm 10 times(40 now,60- 5 times)__ TBD ,meal out!
Pushups 5 reps 1 kid on back__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
Pushups 10 reps 1 kid on back__ Day off workout/and calories count
Pushups 5 reps 2 kids on back __ 3 days of rest from strength training!






Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

To exercise with little to no pain most days!

    I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE GETTING 7 HOURS OF SLEEP. I WOULD PROBABLY WAKE UP AND THINK I HAD DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN. IF I GET 4, I AM DOING GOOD. NO WONDER I AM ALWAYS TIRED. SO PLEASE TELL ME THIS CABIN IS AT LEAST ON A LAKE. THAT WOULD MAKE IT WORTH THE EXTRA PAIN AND WORK.

    I can relate. I have somehow irritated my right scapula. Not fun. I hope you feel better soon. At least you have surgery on the horizon.

    Ouch! Chris, Chris, Chris. DON'T push so hard. Be kind to yourself and pamper that shoulder - especially post surgery. I mean, do what the dr says to do, but don't do more than that. emoticon

    Chris are you camping at your cabin build? You be careful and don't tear that should up too bad by pushing too hard and after surgery, PLEASE follow the dr's directions. We have a friend who didn't and almost ended up having to have a 2nd surgery-his return has taken longer because he did not follow instructions.

    CHRIS DON'T BE TOO DOWN ON YOURSELF FOR GAINING WEIGHT....... DURING A HOLIDAY IT'S HARD NOT TO GAIN...... A PERSON IS JUST HAVING FUN AND COOKING CLEANING BUILDING IT A LOT OF WORK IN A DAY..... PLUS WHEN ON HOLIDAYS WE ALL OVER EAT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.....

NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO IS GET BACK ON THE WAGON..... JUST BECAUSE YOU BLEW THOSE DAYS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO BLOW THE WHOLE THING....... YOU'VE DONE IT BEFORE AND YOU WILL DO IT AGAIN.... I'M WITH YOU... COME ON MY FRIEND LET'S GET TO LOSING SOME WEIGHT...... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
