Starting over

Well I am back on Spark and really going to work at it along with my husband (and my father who got me and then my hubby involved in Spark) to not just count calories but increase my fitness level and incoporate workouts several times a week into my routine, I always do better when I have someone to do it with or someone to compete with lol...I love doing Zumba but I am less likely to punk out on my workouts if a friend is going too so when I they go I am much more motivated and thankfully I have a couple friends doing it now so I should do much better as I fell off the Zumba wagon a few weeks back while trying to finish grad school and boy did it hurt when I started back!
