Three weeks of weight loss... then on week four, nothing. My first thought was... "no worries, I will try again this week." And then I thought... NO!!! Lazy attitude! I did not track, I did not drink enough water, I did watch what I ate, but not good enough. I only got on the treadmill twice! Lazy!! Usually I get this attitude farther down the line. 2 months of thinking "...well, I'll try again next week, and next week and..." And then the weight comes back!
This time I caught it before I gained weight back and am correcting it NOW!!!
Three weeks of weight loss, then lazy. On the fifth week I am putting more wood on the smoldering fire... as opposed to starting a whole new fire that has been cooled down for two months. So, if I had to say I had ANY small victory this week this would be it.
Today, tracked breakfast, filled my water bottle, got my journal in hand and am starting the week off with a positive attitude. Here I come with marshmallows.... because MY FIRE IS LIT!!!
