Maintained my "ideal weight" of 125.2 for three weeks now. Odd how that number keeps coming up on my scale but I love it. Rejoined Spark (long-time on and off member) as I enjoy it and think using some of its resources will aid me in my casual little personal challenge to reach (someday, no hurry) the bottom of my weight maintenance range. The range is 120-129. My new spark ticker reflects the five pounds from MY IDEAL WEIGHT of 125 to the low point of the range but anything in the 120s is great in Queen Am's world.
These days have way less time to think about posting long tales of weight loss/maintenance & fitness glory, have to do things in a limited fashion but my Sacred Sunday Ceremony of the Golden Scale (or whenever I do a weigh-in) is key to my maintaining the desired range of 120-129, so will mostly only blog that, although leaving door open to blather on about nothing sometimes.
Woot! What a beautiful morning! I have a little 4th of July themed personal challenge going to, er, well, stay in maintenance range up to June 30, the Sunday before the 4th of July.
NOT meaning that I will not stay in maintenance range AFTER June 30 because I will NEVER LEAVE MAINTENANCE RANGE (unless I happen to go under it but that isn't a goal, will evaluate again if that should ever happen, could or could not place that in the range).
