Sunday....good or bad day?

Sunday, June 16, 2013

Here's hoping everyone is having a great Sunday and making wise choices while enjoying the day. After Fridays tummy ache lol I'm being super cautious today. I've come to realize that....
not everything you want to eat is good for you.

Best stick to whats healthy for you.....

Because our bodies don't run well on junk, we have to give it constant thought as to what we put on our plate or in our mouths bypassing the plate.

Have a good day....I weight in tomorrow so I will be good.

    So very true. dear Clelest...
I've been feeling 'off' ' lately...and I have realized
that it is what I'm eating. I need more fruit and veggies
and less carbs.
Let's both have a good week...

That last one hits home with me. My exercise has been great, but my eating has been really off. Love having my man off work on vacation with me, but we have been eating out and enjoying treats way too much. Nutrition will be much easier when his vacation is over and we are back on a normal schedule.

Pain gets the message across. You are wise to listen. Good luck with your weigh-in.
