First the positives:
1. I got to have coffee this morning with my bff~so needed!
2. I started the 5K Your Way again (25 min of 4 min walk/1 min jog).
3. I had my mammogram today.
Now the negatives:
1. I am not motivated about my diet right now and I'm not sure why.
2. My weight is creeping up.
3. I am tired.

Went for a 6 mile hike/walk with hubby this morning, then lots of yard work. Picked my first batch of snap peas! Looking forward to zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers~hope my little plants produce! Grilled burgers for dinner~I didn't have my veggie burger like I normally would or my sandwich thin. I went for the sirloin patty and potato bun. Why do I sabotage myself?

We are going out to breakfast at one of our favorite restaurants this morning before church. It's hard to make the healthiest choices there, although they use fresh/organic ingredients and whole grains. After church, hubby will be going over to watch the last day of the US Open golf tourney with his dad. Our daughter lives in Seattle and our son has to work, so hubby is stuck with just me for dinner and a movie for Father's Day. I have a few chores to get done before going back to work tomorrow and want to do a little cooking ahead for the week. What I really want to do is sit outside and read my book! It's hard to be inside when the weather's so nice!
