Yesterday totally proved this! I started the day waiting for my husband to get up by having my son and I go out and play ball and frisbee in the yard. Then we went for an hour long hike.
We came home and then we played baseball. After that I did some gardening work for about another hour. I ran to the store and came back and then raked some leaves.
Where did all that energy come from? No idea! But the more I moved, the more I wanted to keep moving. I would take some breaks, but the breaks would be for about 5 minutes, because my body wanted to keep moving!
So I did a lot of movement and a lot of calorie burning! It was great!
So, if you want more energy and want to do more things - get moving! Your body might want to keep on going and get more done!
