So just saying. I have decided to stop "trying" to lose weight. I am going to do it! Having made this decision, after reading through some the new sparks solution book. I purchased as a nook copy, and was so impressed I've decided to buy a hard copy. I want to beable to put physical tabs and have it my kitchen to look up the recipes and scan and print them including the shopping lists.
This book just settles in and tells you what to do... I guess I need that. It does not over whelm you with all this scientific data.. but instead guides you as to how to think and make informed decisions in what you eat. Also it has a program to include exercise.
With my age and stage of life.. it suggest 1200-1300 calories instead of the 1500 cal max.. this may just be my problem. I've been eating to many calories.. and my metabolism is not as peppy as it use to be.
So i'm excited.. will probably pick up the book tonight and pick up the items on the shopping list to start my journey this week.
I officially weighed myself and measured my body. I want to see changes by the end of the two weeks. So I will periodically pop in and report.
