Okay, I had to think about this one and realized I do actually have the same things I buy regularly to fit the bill!
lettuce (mixture of things for smoothies)
Almond milk (again to use in smoothies)
Low fat greek yogurt (protein)
100 calorie snacks (nuts, Special K crisps)
whole grain bread
strawberries (frozen and fresh)
blueberries (frozen and fresh)
Low cal string cheese
This was interesting to me as I do shop for the same stuff all the time. I too like an occasional treat. Skinny Cow has some nice things out there that are low cal and satisfies that need for ice cream/sweet treat.
