I know I am not consistent. uggh I think I start over every year and last year I knew I was in it to when it. But hubby came home from deployment I fell into old habits and stopped being active, so here I am starting over at a whooping 220lbs and I hate it. So I am doing the Low carb thing again because thats what mostly help me lose so many inches off my flabby tummy. I am doing this with my hubby home so maybe I can learn to live this way with him here as a distraction. We are both also doing the Visalus Shakes two meals a day and so far I have lost 4lbs and I am wondering if this will be consistent? My husband hates drinking his meals but I was already use to taking a protein shake twice a day. My only concern is with all the fiber I am now getting upsetting my tummy. So far I have been doing ok. A lil emotional but thats to be expected. I also started a video diary that I hope I can keep up. So I finally admitted I didnt succeed in my goals time to start a new.
