Day 89 Check In.../Whittling Away the 180s!

Day 89 Check In...

emoticon - 182 - Met my 2 pound goal this week!!! I have no idea how this happened! I weighed several times throughout the morning just to make sure it wasn't a mistake! I wish I knew what I did different so I could do it all the time!

Exercise - none

Fiber - 33

My jaw about hit the floor when I stepped on the scale this morning!!! I couldn't believe it, so I kept checking it throughout the morning! 2.5 pounds dropped off of me just like that! I'm not complaining, I just wish I knew what I did!!! I still have 3 weeks left in my 5% challenge to get off 4 more pounds! I think I just might make it! (ok, y'all remind me of this when I get down on myself later in the week)

Had another lazy day, and I'm about done with that nonsense! A person can only catch up on rest so much, then they need to get out there and do something!

I did finally get out of the house a little today. Went to MIL's house for supper. When I got out of the car she said, "wow, you're really trimming up!" Then my husband's cousin, who lives next door came by and, when she saw me, said "wow, you look 10 years younger!" Even my DD1 said something when we went to the grocery store later tonight about me looking really great! So, my ego's pretty high right now! Almost couldn't get my head through the door when I got back home - lol! Don't worry, it will be back to it's appropriate size tomorrow! I just wanted to bask in the moment a little longer tonight!

Nillapepsi wrote her blog today about not being obese anymore, just being overweight, so I decided to look mine up to see how much further I have to go to be "overweight." For my height (between 5'3 & 5'4, depending on who measures me), I need to lose 7 more pounds to be out of the obese category! I'm going to set a goal for myself to be overweight by the end of the summer. For me, that will be Aug. 12th.

Oh, I almost forgot! I measured my waist today and I have lost 6 1/2 inches just in my waist since January!!!

    Have been in a weight "stall" for 6 weeks now, and inspired by you, in the interests of trying to change up more things, have ordered my "fitness" hula hoop! Can't wait till it arrives...and am glad there will be no movies for the introductory period!

    WOOHOOO, you are on the roll. Hey, it's ok to let that head stay a little swollen for awhile. It took a lot of work for you to get where you are at so go ahead and bask in the glory for a bit. I too had the target of going from obese to overweight and I was so happy to succeed at that. It is a very motivating goal. You will be there emoticon emoticon by the end of summer I bet if you keep it up. I am so happy for you.

    Wonderful, you are doing just wonderful. I love reading your blogs and to see you doing so well is great. I am so happy for you getting all of those nice compliments today. That is great. You are doing so good with your weight loss too. I almost wish I could break into your brain and suck out all that you are doing right and copy it. I would put it back of course, I wouldn't want you to lose the great thing that you have found. Keep up what you are doing, cause it is working for you.
