The 5-Week Summer Shape Up Challenge Plan: Week 4, Day 6
I took it a bit easy today. I hurt my back earlier in the week and it was really bad yesterday. Tomorrow is a "rest" day and I plan on being very careful with my back. I don't need or want back problems.
