A good week!

Current Weight: 203.4 lbs
Weight Lost this Week: 1.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 170 lbs
Weight to Lose: 33 lbs

Pleased with my week overall. I worked hard on my exercise and reduced my snacking. Still made a few unhealthy choices, but this week was much, much better. The fact that it showed on the scale is good motivation for me going forward.

My mind is also more settled this week. I know that I have to live in a more balanced way for the rest of my life. I can never eat "whatever I want" or sit on my butt and not gain weight. But more importantly, I recognize that my body shows my whole health....so in recent months when I've been in some turmoil emotionally (in a relationship that I had to work very hard at to keep it positive) my body was suffering. In other words, my body gives me all the signals I need, if I pay attention to it!

So, feeling good, feeling ready for the week ahead, and moving forward with a positive mindset.

    Kim,
Sounds like you've come a long way in learning about your bodies needs & how you react to stressful / overwhelming situations. I joined the stress busting challenge. This was good for me to focus on other ways to deal with things in my life instead of just getting stressed & getting that rush inside me that tells me EAT CARBS ! to comfort myself.

I'm glad you're feeling good & looking forward to your week. I recommend NILAPEPSI'S blogs for a great dose of inspiration !
