Primal Beginning

Tomorrow is my official beginning on a Primal diet and exercise. I finally got a couple of books and have read/am reading The Primal Blueprint. I am far enough into it to declare a start date which will be tomorrow, June 16. I will weigh and measure and will keep a journal and report in. The hardest part for me will be the exercise. I will appreciate any comments, suggestions, or encouragements.

    I have been pleasantly surprised to discover how much more I enjoy my food. It tastes so much better! It did not take very long for me to feel much better - better physical and mental energy and a quiet well-functioning digestive system.

    Good Luck! I have being doing Paleo and swimming for 55 days today am losing weight and inches too.
For me its been great, I am also off insulin! So I believe in Paleo, I am doing strict but one day will take back some of the foods that do not give me trouble, as soon as I figure out which ones they are!
For me I eat alot of salads with protein and veggies and meat for dinner, and usually have eggs for breakfast. I feel great too, very few cravings,,,,,,,
