I have lots of loose skin, from having kidz, but also like someone who has lost 100 pounds. so I did some math in my history of weight loss and weight gain.
Since I was 15 I have gained 183 pounds and I lost 143 pounds. I would REALLY like to even out those numbers hehe.
and I have realized that I NEED to record my food better. But I need to learn how to NOT get compulsive with it.
That plus I have realized that accepting that I'm NOT like everyone else and thus can't live and eat like everyone is helping me accept and act on what works for ME and my health.
its a SLOW process; God willing I'm getting there.
