The last few weeks have been busy and insane, both at home and at work/school. I finally finished the professional development class I was taking and the school year is winding down. So this is an exciting time for me because I have been focused on trying to get back on or at least stay on my exercise track for the past few weeks. Lately, I have only been hanging on my a very thin worn string.
Good thing: I've kept all my personal training appointments (1 x week).
My plan for the duration of the Summer BLC is to
follow the schedule my trainer makes for me (which is always a combination of cardio and weight training)
what I will do new for this challenge is to add in at least one new group exercise class (in addition to the spin classes). Ideally, I would like it to be an addition of one yoga class, but we will have to see if the class schedule matches my life schedule.
