Parfaits, Workouts, & One Lb Down

I think I saw the parfait on Pinterest and it made for a good mid day snack!

It's one container of Chobani yogurt, 2/3 C Special K, & a banana. It was filling and delicious! I've felt like I have been eating a ton lately! I guess when you eat right it gives a lot of room for more food because it is less in fat/cals/carbs!

I had kind of a workout breakthrough today. Originally when I decided to add working out back into my retiming, I decided on three days a week. I'm at 5 or 6. I've been watching Twilight all day and I was procrastinating on my workout and decided I wasn't going to do it today since I already had more than three workouts in. Randomly, I got up, laced up my shoes and had at it!

I lost one pound this week. I almost put I ONLY lost one pound, but all the hard work I've been putting into this doesn't deserve an only. Muscle is slowly building.

In other news, my tomato plants are starting to sprout tiny baby tomatoes! Have a great Saturday!
