Personal Peeve of Mine, Sodium Level and New Info

A personal peeve of mine is when people on Sparks do not log in all the information in the nutrition tracker for the food Like protein for a crab Alfredo recipe. Like come on now! Everyone knows crab or imitation crab meat has protein in. So since i could not find one with protein in I had to go from scratch and log all the ingredients into the recipe finder, Protein was good but sodium was over 1000 grams. i found out from the captain of my BLC team that what i have wrong with my arm is called a frozen shoulder and nothing to do with my bicep at all. I can only move it so high before it screams at me. So now I am using no weights for the right arm only the left. Argh! I hate this! At this rate it will take me forever to get rid of Mr. Jiggly. This week is all about hydration. So for Friday through Monday we have to drink the first 48 ounces without any additives put in, only real stuff like lime or lemon. It is also about trying to eat more freggies with more water content in them and doing or intentional cardio exercise. So i am aiming for the most minutes as well.

    I know what it is like not being able to raise your arm and do things that you once could. I broke my right humerus 2 years ago and still cannot raise my arm above my head. It has never stopped hurting from the day I broke it. A 6 inch plate with 8 screws are in the arm after an operation that has caused nerve damage. So I feel for you and can relate to the frustration.
You are doing really well and things will get easier. There are exercises on Youtube for a frozen shoulder but check with the Dr first, you may need to see a Physiotherapist so you do not do any further damage.

Water with lemon or lime is lovely I have added both in a jug of water and allow it to stand I also sqash the fruit into the water to release the lemon and lime flavours more.

    You are doing really well. I hear you with the frustrating health. I feel sad for you about your shoulder!

    Just a thought - I know someone who had a frozen shoulder, and it required PT and a visit to the dr; but now it's ok. You may want to consider the dr visit, and enough PT visits to find out what to do at home. Good luck.

    Yeah, I know what you mean about the nutritional information. Some Sparkies are not taking the time to correctly enter all nutritional data. I always double check the data for those items entered by users. And if I have to enter my own, I really try to be accurate and complete. I know I want the information on my trackers to be right so that I really get a clear picture of what I am putting into my body.

Mr Jiggly? I am familiar with him emoticon I'm trying to work with him to get a place of his own away from my body.

    I wonder if there are videos online about exercise moderations for frozen shoulders? I don't know, it just came to mind.
