A personal peeve of mine is when people on Sparks do not log in all the information in the nutrition tracker for the food Like protein for a crab Alfredo recipe. Like come on now! Everyone knows crab or imitation crab meat has protein in. So since i could not find one with protein in I had to go from scratch and log all the ingredients into the recipe finder, Protein was good but sodium was over 1000 grams. i found out from the captain of my BLC team that what i have wrong with my arm is called a frozen shoulder and nothing to do with my bicep at all. I can only move it so high before it screams at me. So now I am using no weights for the right arm only the left. Argh! I hate this! At this rate it will take me forever to get rid of Mr. Jiggly. This week is all about hydration. So for Friday through Monday we have to drink the first 48 ounces without any additives put in, only real stuff like lime or lemon. It is also about trying to eat more freggies with more water content in them and doing or intentional cardio exercise. So i am aiming for the most minutes as well.
